"🚨 BEWARE of State Farm (Pat Frizzle Office, Little Rock) 🚨 I’ve been with them for over 5 years and just had the worst experience. In June I bought a new vehicle and was told my insurance would go down if I signed up for the Drive Safe & Save beacon. Nobody ever told me that if the beacon wasn’t set up within 35 days, they would hit me with an extra $250 fee — on top of raising my premium without my consent. The beacon never even arrived at my address, yet I’m being punished for it. My monthly insurance jumped from $280 to over $700! When I called Stephanie, the manager, she admitted there’s nothing she could do because “corporate said so.” On top of that, she also said that they were having software issues whatever that means? I would definitely agree after seeing my bill being $700 dollars…. When I asked them where they sent the beacon and where it is, they have no answer for me. Anytime I try to explain they don’t wanna listen. They say hold on put me on hold and get me with somebody else to tell me the exact same thing this is not resolving the issue. To make it worse: • I was never told my insurance would go up if the beacon wasn’t installed. • I never received a July billing statement, and my billing history in the app makes no sense. • Even the CEO hasn’t responded after I was given his email. This is unfair, misleading, and sketchy business practice. With a new child, $700 is not something families can just come up with. Instead of helping a loyal customer of 5+ years, they left me with “you’re screwed, pay up.” I highly recommend looking elsewhere. Their rates are high, their communication is poor, and when you need them most, they are quick to say “sorry, nothing we can do.” As soon as this is resolved, I’ll be moving to a much better insurance company."

"I just want to thank Talon and the Pat frizzle agency for everything they’ve done for me my auto insurance. Personally, like to thank Talon, The young man went above and beyond when I was trying to add my son‘s vehicle to my policy. He took a photo image of the title and my son’s information when we were in a hurry, buying the car and did everything on his own. He had the car insured before we left the car lot. He also saved me hundreds when I switched to State Farm because he called and offered. Thank you so much."

"This is an UPDATE regarding my initial review! While this has been a rather frustrating, long and drawn-out, experience, I want to be clear in expressing the hard work that has been put into addressing my concerns and frustration. I am updating to 4 stars based on the patience and grace that was extended to me (by Sarrah) in my frustrations! She heard me and continued to push forward with seeking answers! My review should have taken a holistic approach rather than just my frustrations with the State Farm underwriting / back office processes! It should have taken into account the persistence of the rep, Sarrah, and the office manager, Stephanie, in getting some resolution. While oversight was made, I want to thank them for working to correct the oversight and provide me with answers. Hopefully newer systems / processes will be able to provide customers with quicker resolution! I am updating to 4 stars, and would like to give flowers (appreciation) to Sarrah and Stephanie for their continued professionalism!"
