"Blakey Brown walked me through my quote and explained the differences between my current coverage and what my coverage would be at State Farm. She explained the reason for price fluctuations in the coverage. Turns out, my previous coverage wasn’t the best. "I could not be happier with my experience here. As a single woman who is not familiar in this space, I would give Tanner 200 stars if I could. He walked me through every step and never once made me feel ignorant. More importantly he explained to me why I needed what coverage. Not once did he disparage the competitors but rather focused on the benefits State Farm would give me. He is the epitome of rising above rather than stepping on someone to look better. He is professional and extremely respectful and I am truly grateful for the time He has taken the time to ensure I am Comfortable with every aspect of this process. The best part is he assures me should I need to file a claim he doesn't just hand me off, but will be there to assist, his quote was more than reasonable and less than other quotes. "This office has the poorest communication I have experienced in any business. Our policies were transferred to Mr. Frizzell and we never met him. Phone calls were not returned and when I went to the office the staff gave erroneous information regarding our policies. I would not recommend this office."

"I had a very disappointing experience with this insurance agency. In November I was charged 3 times the same month I had already paid, I noticed an additional $47 charge in the app. I paid it, then realized it was a duplicate payment and contacted the agency for a refund. I spoke with Morgan and never have I ever received any feedback from the owner Pat frizzle. They refused to issue a refund, claiming the money was owed to them for past premiums. And without proof, I have all of my past paid insurance premium inside of my app which ID is screenshot. I’m going to have to take these people to small claims court and let a judge decide apparently. They think I’m playing, but I’m really going to go to small claims court against them. I have never received any notice, bill, or documentation stating that I owed a previous agency anything. I asked multiple times for written proof from both agencies and have yet to receive any explanation. I’m not going to just stop with Arkansas insurance commission this will go further for discrimination, racism, and flat out stealing my money. This situation has gone on for 5- to 6 months. During my final attempt to resolve the issue, I was met with dismissive and unprofessional behavior. To make matters worse, when I called to reinstate my insurance while awaiting resolution, I was told I was “ineligible,” as a form of retaliation. This happened right before a major storm, putting my home at unnecessary risk. I simply want transparency and my $47 returned if no proof exists. Unfortunately, this agency has refused to do either. They sent me to call Pat Frizzels Office and the only thing they gave me was a printout from Whitneys office. So far they haven’t been able to prove billing for the time I was at their agency, and yet I still do not have my money back. I have client complained at Arkansas insurance agency commission and now I will take you to Small Claims Court. The money is small, but it’s about my dignity and stealing money from me and disregarding me as a person. It’s my money and I want it back. But since you don’t want to give it back like a professional, I will take you to court.. Also, when my home flooded, they wouldn’t pay for me a hotel or anything so I just said forget it. I was met with no compassion whatsoever for damages and the manager of State Farm. Corporate office even hung up in my face when I tried to explain. I do feel racially, judged, and discriminated on."
