"Blakely helped me switch back to State Farm lowering my monthly payments back to a reasonable amount!!! I would advise anyone who thinks their payment has went up too much in the last year. Progressive had excuses as to why my payment went up but no answers. Thanks Blakely for doing what you do!"

"I just want to thank Talon and the Pat frizzle agency for everything they’ve done for me my auto insurance. Personally, like to thank Talon, The young man went above and beyond when I was trying to add my son‘s vehicle to my policy. He took a photo image of the title and my son’s information when we were in a hurry, buying the car and did everything on his own. He had the car insured before we left the car lot. He also saved me hundreds when I switched to State Farm because he called and offered. Thank you so much."

"This is an UPDATE regarding my initial review! While this has been a rather frustrating, long and drawn-out, experience, I want to be clear in expressing the hard work that has been put into addressing my concerns and frustration. I am updating to 4 stars based on the patience and grace that was extended to me (by Sarrah) in my frustrations! She heard me and continued to push forward with seeking answers! My review should have taken a holistic approach rather than just my frustrations with the State Farm underwriting / back office processes! It should have taken into account the persistence of the rep, Sarrah, and the office manager, Stephanie, in getting some resolution. While oversight was made, I want to thank them for working to correct the oversight and provide me with answers. Hopefully newer systems / processes will be able to provide customers with quicker resolution! I am updating to 4 stars, and would like to give flowers (appreciation) to Sarrah and Stephanie for their continued professionalism!"

"I volunteered for the "Drive Safe and Save" program for both my vehicle and my wife’s, with the understanding that nothing would be held against us and that it could only lower our auto insurance premiums. However, just one month later, I received a bill that excluded the $80 savings I was promised. When I called to inquire, I was told that the app had been set up incorrectly on my end. Without any prior notice, they added the $80 back, bringing my bill back up to $266. To make matters worse, they adjusted my premium and tacked on additional fees, raising the total to $335 for two full-coverage vehicles. Lesson learned… Drive safe, and ~stay away~ And by the way, if you want to review your bill or understand why you’re being charged what you are—good luck. Their billing team takes days (I'm being generous when I say days) to respond, and your monthly invoice completely lacks itemized details so there's zero transparency into your bill."

"I can not say enough wonderful things about this office. The entire staff is amazing, super responsive, and always helpful. We've been clients for a few years but found ourselves needing help this past March when the tornado hit Little Rock. Pat's team was with us from the time our home and cars were hit through all the tough things. They checked on us constantly and helped us through visits with adjusters and the many claims we had to file! We're so grateful for the Pat Frizzell team for helping us when we needed it the most.
